These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Scrub Squad website (scrubsquads.com) and the cleaning services we provide. By visiting our website, requesting a quote, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Scrub Squad provides professional cleaning services in South Florida, including commercial, residential, post-construction, Airbnb/vacation rental, carpet, and floor cleaning. Specific services, scope of work, and pricing are agreed upon between you and Scrub Squad before each job, in writing or by phone.
Quotes provided through our website, by phone, or by email are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change if the actual scope, square footage, condition, or accessibility of the property differs materially from what was described. We will communicate any pricing changes before performing additional work.
We will do our best to arrive at the scheduled time. To cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice by phone or text at (786) 838-4148. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking. Past-due balances may be subject to late fees and collection costs.
If you are not satisfied with our cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of the service and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no charge. This guarantee covers the cleaning workmanship and does not constitute a refund unless we are unable to remedy the issue.
You are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled time. You agree that the property is in a condition reasonably suitable for cleaning and that you have the right to authorize cleaning services there. Please secure valuables, fragile items, and pets before our arrival.
If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages, you agree that Scrub Squad may send transactional SMS messages to that number related to quotes, scheduling, and service follow-up. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle SMS data.
Scrub Squad is licensed, bonded, and insured. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability arising out of or related to any service or your use of our website is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, items not properly secured, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The content on scrubsquads.com is provided for general information about our services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable, or interfere with the site.
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
